Only what you approve goes public in your name. This guide says exactly what Pilgud does itself, what you do, and how a post reaches your Page.
The short answer
Only what you approve goes public in your name. This guide says exactly what Pilgud does itself, what you do, and how a post reaches your Page.
Only what you approve goes public in your name. This guide says exactly what Pilgud does itself, what you do, and how a post reaches your Page.
Steps
1. Pilgud does not post to your Page
For now Pilgud posts nothing to your Facebook Page, Instagram or LinkedIn. Pilgud makes the post – picture and text – and you post it yourself.
2. A post for Facebook and Instagram
Download the picture from Pilgud and copy the text. In Meta Business Suite click Create post, add the picture and text. If your Page and Instagram are linked, the post goes to both by default; untick one under Post to. The preview is on the right.
3. Or schedule it
In the composer turn scheduling on, pick a date and time and click Schedule. Scheduled posts are in the Planner.
4. Ads: always paused until you say yes
Pilgud builds ads on Meta only when you confirm on the launch page – and always paused. Turning them on is always a person's decision. Every ad also goes through Meta's own review.
5. What Pilgud does on its own
Every day the agent looks at the numbers and makes suggestions. Without asking you it may only pause an ad that is doing badly, or move budget without raising total spend. The emergency brake stops everything at once.
