Jan Marten Sikkar
Jan leads strategy and advertising: the offer, the landing page, the campaigns and the numbers behind them. He runs Meta and Google campaigns for Pilgud's clients and designs how Pilgud Agent works – what it reads, what it proposes, and what it must never do without the owner's approval.
He writes Pilgud's guides on offers, paid social, local search and GEO, and cares more about enquiries and cost per customer than about clicks. Jan works in Estonian and English.

Robin leads sales and client relationships. He knows what makes a service business's customer act, and makes sure every enquiry reaches the right person fast – because speed and follow-through turn an enquiry into a sale.
He's the one who makes sure what we promise in the offer is what gets delivered.
