Who we are

Pilgud is a brand of R.J. RADIANT OÜ (registry code 17343069, Tallinn, Estonia). Contact: info@pilgud.com, +372 510 8005. "We" and "us" on this page mean R.J. RADIANT OÜ; "you" means the business or person using Pilgud.

What these terms cover

• pilgud.com – the website, its guides and the free GEO readiness checker.
• Pilgud Agent – the AI marketing agent at agent.pilgud.com.
• Pilgud Services – work done by our team (strategy, paid media, creative, websites, SEO / GEO, guerrilla marketing).

If a signed offer or contract says something different from this page, the offer or contract wins for that engagement.

Pilgud Agent

Your account. Keep your login to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has used it. You're responsible for what happens in your account.

You approve, the agent proposes. The agent reads your business, suggests ideas, writes and makes ads, and builds campaigns. Campaigns it builds on an ad platform are created paused. Nothing goes live and no budget is changed upward until you approve it. You can let it act on small things on its own if you choose to; you can take that back at any time.

You check what you publish. The agent's texts and images are made with AI models. We review them with automatic checks before you see them, but you are the advertiser: read what you approve, and make sure your claims, prices and offers are true and allowed in your field.

Ad spend is yours. You pay the ad platforms (for example Meta) directly, on your own ad accounts. We never mark up ad spend and never hold it for you.

Plans and payment. Plans and prices are on the pricing page at the time you choose a plan. Prices are final: we are not VAT-registered, so no VAT is added. Your first finished ad is free and needs no card. Your first plan starts with 7 days free: you give a card through Stripe when you start, and it is charged only when the 7 days end – cancel before that and nothing is charged. After that, plans are paid in advance and renew each month (or year, if you picked yearly) until you cancel; a plan stops at the end of the period you paid for. What's already been paid for isn't refunded unless the law requires it. Each plan includes a monthly amount of ads and videos; it doesn't carry over to the next month. Extra packs you buy are valid for 90 days. We may change prices for future periods and will tell you at least 30 days in advance.

Fair use. Don't use the agent for anything illegal, deceptive, or against the ad platforms' rules; don't try to break, overload or copy it. If you do, we may suspend the account.

Availability. We work hard to keep the agent running and your data safe, but we can't promise it will never be down or make a mistake. It's provided as it is, within the limits the law allows.

Pilgud Services

Scope in writing. What we do, by when and for how much is in the offer we send you. Indicative prices are on the services page.

Your accounts stay yours. Ad accounts, pages, analytics and the money spent in them belong to you, unless we agree otherwise in writing. We work in them with the access you give us, and you can take that access away at any time.

Ad spend is never marked up. It's paid to the platforms directly and shown to you euro for euro.

Minimum terms and notice are in the offer (for example, our monthly services have no minimum term and end with one month's notice). After that, either side can end the work with the notice agreed in the offer.

What we don't promise

We don't guarantee a specific amount of sales, revenue, leads or rankings. Marketing results also depend on things outside our control: your prices and service, how fast you answer enquiries, competition, season and demand, and the ad platforms' own decisions. The results we show – including in our work – describe work done, not a promise to repeat it.

Ad platforms

We use third-party platforms, above all Meta (Facebook, Instagram). They set their own rules and make their own decisions. We are not responsible when a platform rejects an ad, limits or closes an account, or changes its prices, rules or measurement – but we'll make reasonable efforts to help sort it out.

Your responsibilities

• Give us the access and information the work needs, on time.
• Make sure the material, claims and offers you give us or approve are true, lawful, and yours to use.
• Answer the enquiries your ads bring in within a reasonable time – ads bring the enquiry; the sale is yours to make.
• Follow the rules that apply to your field and its advertising.

Materials and rights

Your brand, logo, photos and anything else you give us stay yours. You give us the right to use them for the work you've asked for.

Ad texts, images and landing pages we or the agent make for you become yours to use once they're paid for (on a free plan: once you use them). Our tools, templates, methods and software – including Pilgud Agent – stay ours.

We may mention that we work with you and show work we've done in our portfolio. If you'd rather we didn't, say so and we won't.

The GEO readiness checker

The score from the GEO readiness checker is an automatic estimate based on one page's public HTML. It's not advice and may be inaccurate, especially for pages rendered with JavaScript. Enter only addresses you own or have the right to analyse. The checker sends a small number of GET requests and identifies itself as PilgudBot/1.0.

Personal data

How we handle personal data is on the privacy page. When we process your customers' personal data on your behalf (for example, leads from your ads), you are the controller, we are the processor, and we sign a data processing agreement. Requests from authorities are handled as described on the data requests page.

Liability

We're liable for direct financial damage we cause intentionally or through gross negligence. Otherwise our liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the event that caused the damage. We're not liable for lost profit or indirect damage. These limits don't apply where the law doesn't allow them.

Ending the relationship

You can close your Pilgud Agent account at any time. Services engagements end as agreed in the offer. When we part ways, we hand back your accounts, materials and access, and fees for work already done remain payable. If these terms are seriously breached, or we're used for something unlawful, we may stop work immediately.

Using this website

The texts, design and images on pilgud.com belong to us. You're welcome to read and share them, and to quote our guides with a link back; don't copy them wholesale or use them in your business without permission.

Changes, law and disputes

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. Engagements already running keep the terms they started with unless we agree otherwise. Estonian law applies. We try to settle disagreements by talking; if that fails, disputes go to Harju County Court (Harju Maakohus).
