Steps
1. Remove the connection in Facebook settings
On Facebook click your profile picture → Settings and privacy → Settings → Business integrations. On the Active tab choose Pilgud and click Remove, then Remove again.
2. Check the portfolio's apps
In Meta Business Suite: Business apps → Connected apps → choose the app → Manage → More → Uninstall. Access ends at once.
3. Remove a partner or a person
A partner (such as an agency): Settings → Partners → Options → Remove from business portfolio. A person from a Page: Settings → Pages → the Page → Manage next to them → Remove access.
4. Let us know
Email info@pilgud.com that you disconnected – we mark it in Pilgud too. After removal Pilgud reads and changes nothing in your account.
Watch out
- If several Page admins connected the same app, each has to remove it.
- Meta says an app may keep data it already received. To have Pilgud delete it, email info@pilgud.com.
Stuck?
