Steps
1. Your first ad is free
At the end of onboarding Pilgud makes one finished ad for free, with no card. More ads and launching need a plan.
2. Choose a plan
Open Plan in Pilgud and choose Start, Growth or Pro, monthly or yearly. Payment goes through Stripe – Pilgud never sees or stores your card.
3. The first 7 days are a trial
Your first plan starts with 7 free days. A card is needed, but you are charged only when the trial ends. Cancel before that and nothing is taken.
4. Credits are monthly
You see your credits as "≈ X ads or Y Reels". They reset at the end of the month and do not carry over. If the month's run out, you can buy a top-up – it lasts 90 days. Chatting with the agent uses no credits.
5. Invoices, card and cancelling
On the plan page, Invoices, card and cancelling opens Stripe's customer portal: change your card, see invoices and cancel the plan.
Watch out
- Prices are final – no VAT is added.
